We pull every source (site forms, Facebook lead ads, Zapier and API feeds) into one GoHighLevel contact record, then let workflows tag, route and follow up while Conversation AI answers and books. You get a pipeline that moves on its own, and a phone that pings when a real appointment lands.

Four steps. No mystery phase.

Built to scale, not to impress. Every step ends with something you can see.

  1. Step 1: Map the mess

    A call and a look inside your tools. We write down how work actually flows today, including the workarounds nobody admits to.

  2. Step 2: Design the system

    Which tool owns which data, what gets automated, where a human approves. Smallest useful version first.

  3. Step 3: Build in the open

    Short cycles you can click through. Logs and audit trails from day one, so debugging is reading, not guessing.
